Custom production intranet & capacity planning
A shop-floor terminal and machine-capacity planning wired straight into POHODA ERP — from work order to finished part, in real time.
We digitise production without paper travellers and without re-typing into Excel. Work orders from your ERP appear to operators as a clear worklist on a shared terminal, planners schedule them onto machines by capacity and due date, and every completed part is written straight back into stock and accounting.
Production is run on paper and in the planner's head
In many small and mid-sized plants, jobs are split by hand, travellers are printed and lost, completed work is re-typed into the ERP with a delay, and the planner keeps the machine schedule in a spreadsheet or their head. The result: nobody knows exactly what is in progress, where material is stuck, or whether the deadline will be met.
- Paper travellers and manual, delayed, error-prone ERP entry
- No visibility of work in progress or actual labour done
- Machine planning in a spreadsheet nobody keeps up to date
- Blocked jobs (missing material, tool, drawing) discovered at the machine
- Stock movements and material usage reconstructed after the fact
What the production intranet does
Two connected layers: an operations terminal for the shop floor and a planning board for the office. Both read and write the same data directly in POHODA ERP.
Worklist from the ERP
Production requests from POHODA appear as a filterable, sortable list — by due date, status (to do / in progress / done) and workplace. Full-text search and quick filters tailored to your lines.
Labour & time tracking
An operator picks up a job, starts and pauses a timer, and the system records exact time per part and per workplace — no paper, no double entry.
Material consumption by scanner
Material is scanned by barcode, the stock card is found and consumption is recorded. On completion a goods-issue note is created automatically in POHODA, including waste tracking.
Machine capacity planning
A visual Gantt-style board schedules requests onto specific machines and time slots. It respects working hours, shifts and public holidays and colour-codes what is on time, at risk or overdue.
Problem reporting
An operator flags a blocked job in one click (missing material, tool or drawing) — the supervisor sees it as a warning in the list and can resolve it. Nothing stays stuck at the machine.
Label & document printing
Drawings and photos are attached to each job; labels for finished parts print to a networked printer. The shop floor has everything at hand on the terminal.
How a rollout works
We build the solution around your production and your data in POHODA, moving from analysis to live operation without stopping your production.
Process analysis
We map your workplaces, job flow and ERP data structure, and design how to digitise production with minimal disruption for shop-floor staff.
POHODA integration
We connect the intranet directly to your POHODA data — work orders, stock cards and goods-issue notes. Data stays in the one system you already use.
Terminal & planning
We deploy the shop-floor terminal and planning board, set up roles and permissions (shop floor vs office) and tune the filters to your lines.
Training & support
We train operators and planners and stay available in live operation, evolving the solution as your production grows.
What your company gains
No more guessing about production status. Data is created where the work happens and is instantly available to the office and management.
Real-time visibility
Office and supervisor see immediately what is in progress, who is working on what, and whether deadlines will be met.
Fewer errors, less re-typing
Labour, material use and stock movements are captured once, straight into the ERP — no duplicate records.
Better-utilised machines
The planning board reveals free capacity and at-risk deadlines before they become a problem.
Faster onboarding
The terminal guides the operator step by step. Training a new person takes minutes, not days.
Built on your ERP
The production intranet is not another isolated system. It runs on the data you already have in POHODA, with sign-in through your company accounts.
