Dispatch runs on phone calls to carriers and hand-written labels
Without a connection between the ERP and the carrier, dispatch turns into manual craft work — the address gets copied from the invoice onto the carrier's form, the label is printed from a separate system than the invoice, and nobody knows in real time what's packed and what's already on the way. Goods receiving is no better off: orders are checked against a paper delivery note and warehouse locations exist only in one person's head.

Invoices ready to ship are pulled straight from POHODA into a single, clear list with custom states tailored to your process. Quick filters by date and status plus fulltext search find any shipment in seconds.
Direct carrier integration
Label creation, price quotes and batch label sending run through an API connected directly to your carriers — DPD, PPL, GLS, DHL, TopTrans, Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, Geis, WEDO, InPost, Uloženka and others. Request a pickup with one click straight from dispatch.
Grouped shipments and handover manifests
Several invoices can be combined into one physical parcel with a shared label and tracking number, or into a single printed handover manifest for the courier. It saves labels and time at the packing bench when dispatching several orders at once.
Delivery tracking
Delivery status can be refreshed per shipment or in bulk for the whole day, with a full status history kept for every parcel. Scheduled automation handles dispatch and tracking updates outside business hours, so everything is current by morning.
Goods receiving against purchase orders
Open purchase orders awaiting delivery appear in one list; staff check received quantities line by line against what was ordered, assign a storage location, and close the receipt. Labels for newly received stock can be printed right at receiving.
SKU label printing and warehouse locations
Look up any stock item by code, name or EAN and print a barcode label on demand, or add it to a print queue with a copy count and note and batch print it to a chosen networked printer. Warehouse locations use the same bin and shelf codes across receiving, production and dispatch.
