Adaptis connects POHODA to the marketplaces — Allegro, Alza and BaseLinker
Selling on marketplaces keeps growing, but every extra marketplace adds manual work between the portal and accounting. Orders are re-typed from Allegro, Alza or Kaufland into POHODA, stock is watched in each catalogue separately, and invoices and payouts are reconciled one by one. We now solve this with an integration that wires your POHODA ERP straight into the marketplaces — both ways, with no manual step in between.
Why now
Marketplaces have stopped being an add-on to the e-shop and become the main sales channel. The more of them a company runs, the more expensive every place where stock drifts from reality or a price typo creeps in. An ERP connection removes that manual chore and keeps marketplace trade as traceable as the rest of the business.
What the marketplace integration does
- Automatic order intake. Orders from every connected marketplace are created as sales orders in POHODA — matched to stock, with the carrier and payment method for that specific marketplace.
- Stock and price sync. Stock levels and prices from POHODA are pushed into the marketplace catalogues, so availability and price match the real stock and the risk of overselling drops.
- Labels, invoices and statuses back. From a shipped order the parcel number, invoice and delivery status go back to the marketplace — and for selected channels a shipping label is generated too.
- Payout reconciliation into accounting. Payouts and commissions from the marketplace are turned into a bank advice that reconciles automatically against invoices in POHODA.
Allegro, Alza and BaseLinker
We connect to Allegro directly through its official REST API with secure OAuth2 sign-in — from orders through stock and offers to marketplace payout reconciliation. For Alza Marketplace we receive orders in real time over a secured webhook, handle the full order lifecycle, availability feeds and Alza shipping-code printing. And we use BaseLinker as a multichannel hub — one connection through which you reach Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Alza and Decathlon from a single place.
Who it's for
The solution is aimed at companies that sell on several marketplaces and keep their books in POHODA — from e-shops expanding onto marketplaces to brands handling dozens of marketplace orders a day who want them in accounting without a manual chore.
